Enlever la c\u00f4te centrale et le couper\ngrossi\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un mixeur,\nmettre les feuilles, les noix, le fromage, l\u2019ail grossi\u00e8rement coup\u00e9 et 4\ncuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Mixer. Ajouter de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive au cour du\nmixage si besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre le m\u00e9lange\ndans un pot propre et sec (l\u2019id\u00e9al est de l\u2019avoir st\u00e9rilis\u00e9 au pr\u00e9alable).
