{"id":2243,"date":"2023-11-15T17:16:39","date_gmt":"2023-11-15T16:16:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lesbiopaniersdemareil.org\/?p=2243"},"modified":"2023-11-15T17:17:03","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T16:17:03","slug":"recette-de-creme-brulee-a-la-courge-musquee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesbiopaniersdemareil.org\/index.php\/2023\/11\/15\/recette-de-creme-brulee-a-la-courge-musquee\/","title":{"rendered":"Recette de cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e \u00e0 la courge musqu\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> (pour 4 personnes) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul><li>150g de pur\u00e9e de courge (potiron, butternut, musqu\u00e9e, etc.)<\/li><li>50g de sucre en poudre (+ pour caram\u00e9liser)<\/li><li>400ml de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche enti\u00e8re<\/li><li>100ml de lait chaud<\/li><li>4 jaunes d\u2019oeuf<\/li><li>2 cc vanille liquide<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Eplucher, couper en gros cube et cuire la courge jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit<br>fondante. <\/li><li>Egoutter, r\u00e9server.<\/li><li>Fouetter les jaunes d\u2019oeuf avec le sucre<\/li><li>Verser le lait chaud, <\/li><li>Ajouter ensuite la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et la vanille et continuer de m\u00e9langer.<\/li><li>Mettre la courge et le m\u00e9lange dans un robot et mixer finement, la<br>pr\u00e9paration doit \u00eatre lisse.<\/li><li>Verser dans des ramequins et r\u00e9server au frigo au moins 1h.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 120\u00b0C.
