R\u00e9server les fanes*<\/li><li>Rincer les navets en les brossant doucement. Couper les plus gros en deux afin que le temps de cuisson soit homog\u00e8ne.<\/li><li>Faire fondre le beurre dans une sauteuse,<\/li><li>Ajouter les navets et laisser rissoler quelques minutes<\/li><li>Ajouter le miel, la sauce soja et l&#8217;eau.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer. Couvrir et faire cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9vaporation de l&#8217;eau.
