Laver.<br>Faire chauffer un peu d\u2019huile dans une cocotte et faire revenir l\u2019oignon<br>\u00e9minc\u00e9. Ajouter le ras-el-hanout, l\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9, baisser le feu, remuer de<br>temps en temps pendant 5mn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes, m\u00e9langer pour les enrober d\u2019\u00e9pices. Saler, poivrer \u00e0 volont\u00e9.<br>Ajouter 1 petit pot de coulis de tomate, remuer, puis 25cl d\u2019eau (et le harissa selon go\u00fbt)*. Laisser fr\u00e9mir 3\/4 d\u2019heure environ.
