Cuire \u00e0 l\u2019eau<br>environ 20 mn.<br>Une fois cuites, r\u00e9server et laisser refroidir dans un plat \u00e0 gratin huil\u00e9.<br>\u00c9plucher l\u2019oignon l\u2019\u00e9mincer tr\u00e8s finement et faire rissoler dans une<br>sauteuse quelques minutes.<br>Ajouter ensuite les tomates coup\u00e9es, le coulis, le chorizo tranch\u00e9, le thym,<br>le sel et le poivre. Cuire 10mn, puis ajouter \u00e0 la courge dans le plat \u00e0<br>gratin. Casser les oeufs par dessus et enfourner 10-15 minutes.
