{"id":1857,"date":"2022-03-30T16:57:49","date_gmt":"2022-03-30T14:57:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lesbiopaniersdemareil.org\/?p=1857"},"modified":"2022-03-30T17:00:21","modified_gmt":"2022-03-30T15:00:21","slug":"recette-risotto-aux-blettes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesbiopaniersdemareil.org\/index.php\/2022\/03\/30\/recette-risotto-aux-blettes\/","title":{"rendered":"Recette Risotto aux blettes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/img.cuisineaz.com\/660x660\/2013\/12\/20\/i69732-risotto-aux-blettes.jpg\" alt=\"Recette Risotto aux blettes\" width=\"459\" height=\"459\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul><li>300g de riz sp\u00e9cial risotto (arborio, carnaroli&#8230;)<\/li><li>800g de blettes environ<\/li><li>1 gros oignon ou 2 grosses \u00e9chalotes<\/li><li>20cl vin blanc<\/li><li>1L de bouillon (l\u00e9gumes, volaille, maison&#8230;)<\/li><li>250g parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 au dernier moment<\/li><li>Huile d&#8217;olive, sel, poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul><li>Chauffer de l&#8217;eau sal\u00e9e dans une casserole. <\/li><li>Enlever les feuilles des c\u00f4tes des blettes, les laver, s\u00e9cher et ciseler finement ; r\u00e9server. Laver et couper les c\u00f4tes en petits tron\u00e7ons. <\/li><li>Cuire entre 10 et 20 minutes, les blettes doivent \u00eatre tendres mais pas molles. <\/li><li>R\u00e9server.<\/li><li>Chauffer le bouillon.<\/li><li>Peler et ciseler finement l&#8217;oignon, faire fondre \u00e0 feu doux dans une grande sauteuse avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. <\/li><li>Quand il se colore, ajouter les feuilles de blette cisel\u00e9es, m\u00e9langer et laisser tomber,<br>comme pour les \u00e9pinards. Si n\u00e9cessaire, rajouter un filet d\u2019huile.<\/li><li>Ajouter ensuite le riz et bien m\u00e9langer.
