{"id":1832,"date":"2022-02-24T16:47:43","date_gmt":"2022-02-24T15:47:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lesbiopaniersdemareil.org\/?p=1832"},"modified":"2022-02-24T16:47:58","modified_gmt":"2022-02-24T15:47:58","slug":"cotes-de-blettes-a-la-milanaise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesbiopaniersdemareil.org\/index.php\/2022\/02\/24\/cotes-de-blettes-a-la-milanaise\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f4tes de blettes \u00e0 la milanaise"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> ( pour 4 personnes) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul><li>2 ou 3 grosses c\u00f4tes de blettes <\/li><li>3 oeufs<\/li><li>2 gousses d\u2019ail hach\u00e9es<\/li><li>Persil frais cisel\u00e9<\/li><li>Farine<\/li><li>Chapelure<\/li><li>Huile pour friture<\/li><li>Sel, poivre<\/li><li>Champignons de Paris ou Shiitak\u00e9s<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration ;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>S\u00e9parer les c\u00f4tes des feuilles de blette (r\u00e9server les feuilles). Faire<br>blanchir dans de l\u2019eau bouillante pendant 3-5 min.<\/li><li>Egoutter et retirez d\u00e9licatement les bandes de fibres. Essuyer avec<br>un papier absorbant.<\/li><li>Dans un bol battre les oeufs, ajouter l\u2019ail et le persil. Saler et poivrer.<br>Verser un peu de farine dans un plat. Verser la chapelure dans un<br>autre plat.<\/li><li>Passer chaque c\u00f4te dans la farine, puis dans le m\u00e9lange d\u2019oeufs et<br>enfin dans la chapelure.
