Laver les carottes,<br>couper en deux (ou en 4 selon la grosseur) dans le sens de la longueur.<br>Couper la couge en d\u00e9s, en ayant pr\u00e9alablement \u00f4t\u00e9 la peau s\u2019il ne s\u2019agit pas<br>de potimarron. Laver et s\u00e9parer les fleurs du chou-fleur. Eplucher les Bruxelles<br>et couper en deux. Laver et peler la betterave, couper de grosses tranches<br>avec un \u00e9conome ou un mandoline.<br>Couper la t\u00eate d\u2019ail en deux dans le sens de la largeur, et \u00e9plucher les autres<br>gousses.<br>M\u00e9langer tous les l\u00e9gumes dans un plat de four type l\u00e8che-frites tapiss\u00e9 de<br>papier cuisson. Verser un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive sur tous les l\u00e9gumes et un cs de<br>miel. Saler, poivrer \u00e0 volont\u00e9. Recouvrir de thym et de romain (frais ou sec).<br>Enfourner environ 50 mn en baissant le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.
