Elles doivent rester un peu fermes. Laver, \u00e9mincer et cuire le pet sa\u00ef dans une sauteuse pour l\u2019attendrir, r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une sauteuse, faire cuire l\u2019oignon dans l\u2019huile choisie, ajouter le gingembre, piment, coriandre, cumin et curcuma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer puis ajouter les pommes de terre. Cuire 5 mn, puis ajouter le pet sa\u00ef. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter les lentilles en fin de cuisson, m\u00e9langer, v\u00e9rifier la cuisson des pommes de terre. Saler poivrer \u00e0 volont\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir parsem\u00e9 de coriandre accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une sauce au fromage blancgingembre-piment-coriandre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plat complet qui peut accompagner une viande qui a du caract\u00e8re (viande marin\u00e9e, chorizo, merguez, agneau, etc.) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NB : Le pet sa\u00ef peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par des haricots verts ou des \u00e9pinards.
