Ajouter les \u00e9pices, l\u2019ail \u00e9minc\u00e9, saler et poivrer. Laisser fondre pendant une trentaine de minutes et remuer pour que les blettes n\u2019attachent pas, au besoin ajouter un tout petit peu d\u2019eau. La fondue ne doit pas \u00eatre trop grasse ni tremper dans l\u2019eau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couper les feuilles de brick (rondes) en 2. Disposer une feuille sur un plan de travail, c\u00f4t\u00e9 arrondi vers soi. R\u00e9partir un peu de blettes, en ligne,&nbsp; sur 10cm environ, \u00e0 5 cm du bord. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur les blettes, r\u00e9partir 1\/2 Rocamadour (ou de fines tranches de camembert). Ramener le bord arrondi vers les blette pour former un cigare, \u00e0 mi-parcours, rabattre les c\u00f4tes de brick vers le m\u00e9lange et continuer de former le cigare.
