{"id":1279,"date":"2020-06-10T21:45:53","date_gmt":"2020-06-10T19:45:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lesbiopaniersdemareil.org\/?p=1279"},"modified":"2020-06-10T21:46:21","modified_gmt":"2020-06-10T19:46:21","slug":"scones-courgettes-fromage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesbiopaniersdemareil.org\/index.php\/2020\/06\/10\/scones-courgettes-fromage\/","title":{"rendered":"SCONES COURGETTES FROMAGE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>  (8 scones)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 courgette (90 g)<\/li><li>100 g de cheddar r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li><li>60 g de feta<\/li><li>300 g de farine<\/li><li>20 g sucre en poudre<\/li><li>1 cc de levure chimique<\/li><li>1\/2 cc de bicarbonate<\/li><li>120 g de beurre froid<\/li><li>1 \u0153uf<\/li><li>1 yaourt grec (env. 120 g)<\/li><li>4 tiges d&#8217;origan frais (ou autre aromatique)<\/li><li>Sel, poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laver et s\u00e9cher la courgette et r\u00e2per avec r\u00e2pe \u00e0 gros trous. Laisser goutter et s\u00e9cher minutieusement avec papier absorbant ou linge propre. Mettre dans un saladier et pr\u00e9lever 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe farine sur les 300 g et m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un autre saladier,\nm\u00e9langer la farine restante, la levure, le sucre, le bicarbonate et l\u2019origan\ncisel\u00e9. Ajouter le beurre coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s. Travailler du bout des doigts pour\nobtenir un m\u00e9lange sabl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battre l\u2019oeuf et le yaourt\ndans un bol et ajouter au m\u00e9lange farine\/beurre, bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter la feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e, la\ncourgette r\u00e2p\u00e9e et les 2\/3 de cheddar. Saler et poivrer.
