Enlever la c\u00f4te centrale et le couper grossi\u00e8rement.<br>\nDans un mixeur, mettre les feuilles, les noix, le fromage, l\u2019ail grossi\u00e8rement coup\u00e9 et 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Mixer. Ajouter de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive au cour du mixage si besoin.<br>\nMettre le m\u00e9lange dans un pot propre et sec (l\u2019id\u00e9al est de l\u2019avoir st\u00e9rilis\u00e9 au pr\u00e9alable). Puis ajouter de l\u2019huile jusqu\u2019au bord du pot et conserver au frais, maximum une semaine.
